• Lead one or two marketing technology programs at a time, overseeing end-to-end delivery
• Improve digital campaign effectiveness through personalization, content optimization, audience
• Strengthen marketing measurement by establishing consistent campaign identifiers and connecting

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with some or all of the following: marketing automation
• At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents, with concrete examples of agents
• At least 3 years of experience conducting independent analysis using queries, dashboards, and AI
• At least 3 years of experience defining program scope and objectives independently and delivering
