Marketplace Assistant Manager (Deliveries)

📋 Description

• Work on Deliveries delivery-partner quality and engagement processes; experiment and implement
• Improve scalable operational processes solving delivery-partner efficiency, delivery quality and
• Connect-the-dots, understanding both on-ground realities of the business and the narrative of data
• Analyze the performance of owned projects and communicate main results across multiple partners
• Work with different teams and departments to support goals and projects of Grab as a whole, when
• Support vertical teams in launching new projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 4 or more years of experience in management/strategic consulting, telecommunications
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (can perform complex functions)
• Proficient in AI, SQL; knowledge of Python is a huge plus
• Ability to make key business decisions and provide rigorous, data-driven recommendations
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
