📋 Description

• Schedule and run several dozen calls a day with hosts to create Google Maps pins for their Neighbor
• Improve pin quality and performance over time with better photos, descriptions and review requests
• Pitch hosts on Neighbor signage, send customized signs to those who opt in, and track how each sign
• Coach high-potential hosts on smart pricing, strong photos, reviews and clear descriptions so their
• Be Neighbor’s front line with hosts, building relationships that keep them active and growing on
• Spot bottlenecks in our growth programs and propose fixes that make them faster and more effective

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to communicate with customers professionally and in a neighborly way, especially
• Ability to follow a process while spotting ways to improve it
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work without significant
• Experience in a high-volume phone role (customer service, inside sales, SDR or similar)
