Marketplace Logistics Specialist

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of LBA's logistics operations in Colombia.
• Monitor live order pipeline and resolve carrier exceptions.
• Drive onboarding of allies to sustain OTIF and seller OTD at scale.
• Maintain a daily pipeline with clear owners and resolutions.
• Produce a daily operations dashboard for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or last‑mile ops (Colombia).
• Demonstrated KPI ownership: OTIF, OTD, exceptions, cost per shipment.
• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Logistics, or related.
• Hands-on carrier coordination (Coordinadora, Servientrega, TCC, etc.).
• Data-based root-cause analysis; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• SQL, Databricks, or Looker experience a strong plus.
