• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
• Track timelines and report onboarding status across life cycle.
• Identify friction and accelerate user adoption with product guidance.

• Strong communication (verbal/written) with consultative style.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to present material and recommendations clearly.
