Marketplace Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day NitraMart operations
• Manage marketplace workflows across orders, vendors, products, fulfillment, and customer issues
• Identify operational problems and drive them through resolution quickly and accurately
• Deliver a great marketplace experience
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve utilization, reliability, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketplace operations, business operations, e-commerce, logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data and spreadsheets; SQL
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams
• High ownership, urgency, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
• A builder mindset—you identify problems, develop practical solutions, and drive them through
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
