Marketplace Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operational health of the marketplace channel
• Manage supplier onboarding lifecycle and launch coordination
• Lead product feed setup, data mapping, and catalog quality improvements
• Train suppliers on systems and processes for long-term success
• Collaborate with merchandising, pricing, supply chain, product, and customer service
• Monitor performance, resolve data quality, fulfillment, pricing, and accounting issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in marketplace operations, e-commerce merchandising, or vendor management
• Experience managing supplier relationships and operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills with sales, inventory, and operational data
• Proficiency in Excel and multiple data systems/reporting tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
