Marketplace Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design and build Built Marketplace's pricing frameworks and apply them to new services
• Lead pricing analysis and recommendations for managed-services offerings, balancing competitiveness
• Own and report on marketplace take rate and margin performance across every active service
• Partner with Finance on cost-to-serve instrumentation, keeping pricing and cost data connected
• Monitor whether the marketplace has adequate, well-matched vendor supply to meet buyer demand
• Own vendor tiering and ratings criteria (including 'Built preferred' designations)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, pricing/commercial strategy, or strategic finance
• Experience at a marketplace, fintech, or B2B SaaS company strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience designing pricing models, commercial frameworks, or margin-management
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and experience with data visualization tools such as
• Track record partnering with senior stakeholders on commercial decisions with real P&L impact
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
