Marketplace Operations Manager II

📋 Description

• Own marketplace performance outcomes for assigned client programs: SLA attainment, program-level
• Own roster composition and staffing strategy to ensure SLA through client growth, churn, and
• Own operational data analytics and reporting: pulling and interrogating utilization
• Own operating rhythm and performance visibility: recurring reviews of SLA, utilization, and cost
• Partner with Capacity Planner to handle near-term demand volatility and own operational response
• Optimize program-level clinician pay cost and deploy consult incentive spend within defined budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning end-to-end operational performance in a marketplace, logistics, or two-sided
• Strategic thinking linking day-to-day performance to structural improvements
• Strong cross-functional partnership and team collaboration skills
• Hands-on data fluency with SQL, Looker, and Excel for pulling your own SLA, utilization, and
• Strong communication skills to author and revise operational playbooks and procedures
