Marketplace Operations Regional Manager, Americas

📋 Description

• Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end-to-end processes
• Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms and AI tools
• Apply AI capabilities (generative AI, ML, intelligent document processing, chatbots) to improve decisions
• Develop process documentation, flow diagrams, and automation specifications
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or CS
• 2+ years in business analysis, workflow optimization, automation, or related roles
• Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives
• Experience with automation platforms including RPA, workflow orchestration, or low-code/no-code
• Ability to apply AI-enabled solutions (generative AI, ML) to business problems
• Fluent in Spanish and English
