📋 Description

  • Oversee back end ops for partner onboarding on TikTok Shop.
  • Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop ops: inventory, orders, listings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assortment, pricing, shipping.
  • Build relationships with TikTok and Pattern partners for onboarding.
  • Be data obsessed: monitor shop health via the TikTok Seller Center.
  • Monitor GMV and drive data-driven decisions with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce; brand, agency, or marketplace experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical approach; experience making high quality decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear and effective communication with internal/external stakeholders (mid-to-high level execs).
  • Data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach to driving a business.
  • Skills: Excel/Google Sheets, Presentations, Tableau/BI; familiarity with TikTok Shop preferred.
