• Document investigations with clear, evidence-based findings for escalations and law enforcement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Fraud Operations, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or similar.
\n
• Hands-on with fraud tools like SEON, Sardine, Sift; SQL or BI knowledge a plus.
\n
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns across accounts, geographies, and transactions.
\n
• Excellent written communication and investigation documentation.
\n
• Comfortable with human-in-the-loop AI, critically evaluating model recommendations.
