📋 Description

• Develop and operate quality check frameworks, scorecards, and calibration routines.
• Drive continuous quality improvements by translating insights into coaching, fixes, and trainings.
• Conduct training gap analyses and define prioritized training needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn processes and identify training needs.
• Design and develop training content across formats using best practices.
• Manage end-to-end seller training projects: scope, timelines, delivery, and evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• Minimum 2 years in digital experience, PM, or process development; product mgmt a plus.
• Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of delivering training in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
