Marketplace Seller Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of outsourced agent teams handling seller requests.
• Coordinate planning with teams for capacity planning, staffing, and training.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs; design improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Quality and Training to identify gaps and implement programs.
• Lead incident response for escalations; coordinate with legal, risk, and ops.
• Facilitate vendor feedback to central teams to improve tools and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• Experience in digital experience, PM, process improvement, or vendor ops; e-commerce a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; translate insights into solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Capable of managing crises and escalations calmly with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian (native level) and English.
