5+ years experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
Expertise in identity management, profile unification, audience segmentation
Strong data integration, data modelling, data governance
Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
Proven leadership of engineering/technical delivery teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
