MarTech - Sr. Program Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives across business, technology, agency, and vendor
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigation plans, proactively escalating
• Facilitate delivery reviews and provide concise, decision-oriented updates, dashboards, portfolio
• Serve as a central coordination point among platform owners, business engagement leads, technology
• Support initiatives across digital experience, web, content operations, customer engagement
• Facilitate trade-off and decision-making discussions, document outcomes, clarify ownership, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related
• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, digital operations, marketing
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within complex, matrixed
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, agency partners, and diverse
• Strong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, release
• Experience creating leadership-ready status reports, portfolio dashboards, governance materials

🎁 Benefits
