Serve as designated Compliance Officer for Singapore entity and primary regulatory contact.
Ensure ongoing compliance with MAS, AML/CFT, tech risk, and reporting.
Maintain and enhance compliance policies and controls for Singapore.
Support licensing obligations, regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.
Monitor regulatory developments in Singapore and their operational impact.
Coordinate with external counsel, auditors, and regulators as needed.

Global AML & Financial Crime Compliance

Develop and implement group-wide AML/CFT and sanctions programs.
Enhance CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.
Conduct AML risk assessments for products, jurisdictions, customers.
Partner with Operations and Product to implement scalable compliance controls.
Review high-risk customers and escalations.
Assist in global AML investigations and reporting obligations.
