Mass Spec Scientist

📋 Description

• Support analytical testing for biopharmaceutical product characterization and process development
• Execute LC-MS and mass spectrometry-based workflows, including sample preparation, instrument
• Prepare buffers and reagents; support system setup, sterilization, sampling, and cleaning activities
• Document laboratory activities accurately in electronic systems and enter process or analytical
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform minor maintenance or repairs as needed
• Follow safe laboratory practices and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent directly
• Experience executing LC-MS or other mass spectrometry-based workflows, including sample
• Effective documentation skills with the ability to author internal technical reports
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
