Master Data Steward

📋 Description

• Create/modify/inactivate products, vendors, customers in NetSuite and Salesforce
• Analyze data quality and consistency across systems
• Collaborate with internal teams for data collection and verification
• Process ticket requests and user issues promptly and professionally
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and meet business needs
• Continuously learn to maintain strong knowledge of technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical or business field or equivalent experience
• Attention to detail is essential
• Understanding and willingness to learn IT language
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team
