🎯 Requirements

4+ years as ML Engineer/Applied Scientist on ranking, matching, dispatch, or recommendation.
Direct work on two-sided marketplace matching/dispatch or search ranking with LTR/retrieval.
Proven marketplace-conversion impact with measurable lift.
Strong experimentation skills, incl. causal methods (switchback).
Production ML at scale.
