Material and Capacity Planner

📋 Description

• Ensure material availability and production capacity readiness to support the site's Master
• Own material availability across all production plans and manufacturing schedules
• Review material requirements versus inventory, open purchase orders, and supplier commitments
• Identify current and future shortages impacting production schedules
• Partner with Procurement to drive material readiness and escalation activities
• Monitor inventory health and recommend actions to prevent both shortages and excess inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3-7 years of supply chain, planning, materials management, or manufacturing planning experience
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification (preferred)
