Safely unload, move, and store materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
Organize warehouse area with labeling, inventory locations, and space optimization
Pull, stage, and prepare materials for construction, installation, or distribution teams
Perform cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation
Ensure proper handling of sensitive/high-value equipment

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or material handling role (construction or data center
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with data center/high-tech warehouse operations (preferred)
Familiarity with inventory management systems or WMS
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or similar process improvements
