Material Handler Lead

📋 Description

• Lead warehouse areas to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, SMKT, replenishment, MT.
• Manage sales orders, packout, and internal transfers.
• Monitor team performance, coach, and escalate issues.
• Prepare daily reports and weekly KPI reviews.
• Support Lean initiatives and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years material handling or 2+ years ISI warehouse exp.
• Proficient in Agile, SAP, MS Office, PowerPoint.
• Proficient in training/mentoring others.
• Inventory control experience (cycle counts, physical inventories) preferred.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate material-handling equipment.
