Material Management Supervisor (2nd Shift 4PM to 12AM Mon-Fri)

📋 Description

• Lead a material management team of 12 in a cGMP manufacturing setting.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and product movement for production support.
• Collaborate to drive continuous improvement and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate training and maintain 100% training compliance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and appropriate stock levels for production supplies.
• Support site strategy and cross-functional initiatives (OpEx, projects).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8+ years in manufacturing/production.
• Computer proficiency, scheduling experience, strong writing skills.
• GMP knowledge and quality systems understanding.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, arithmetic, and business etiquette.
• Prefer 3+ years of supervisory experience and multi-shift management.
