Materials Analyst, Microscopy (Dual Beam FIB)

📋 Description

• Prepare high-quality TEM lamellae with Dual Beam FIB-SEM.
• Perform SEM imaging for navigation, prep, and quality checks.
• Manage multiple client samples meeting quality standards and turnaround.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflows and output.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on analysis needs.
• Evening shift: Sundays–Thursdays 5pm–2am (10% differential).

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Dual Beam FIB-SEM systems.
• Working knowledge of SEM/TEM principles.
• Understanding semiconductor device physics and failure analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization in a fast-paced lab.
• TEM lamella preparation expertise including lift-out.
