Materials & Logistics Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, material handling, and
• Establish and maintain ≥98% inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counting, ERP/WMS
• Design and implement a proactive kitting system that delivers complete, accurate material kits to
• Standardize warehouse workflows by developing and enforcing SOPs for receiving, staging, storage
• Create a “visual warehouse” environment with clear labeling, defined zones, and intuitive
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to reduce waste, improve cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is acceptable
• 5–8+ years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations, with at least 2+ years in a
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives that improved inventory accuracy
• Experience partnering with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality leaders as a peer.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, M1) & proficiency in
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
