📋 Description

• Reviews estimates to ensure requests are met
• Confirms completion of estimate and close out the file
• Uses Xactimate to value wood cabinetry/furniture (repair vs replace)
• Follows up on incomplete file submissions
• Communicates next steps to the team
• Analyzes team metrics with the Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• At least two years of administrative experience
• General knowledge of woodwork, refinishing, and restoration
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective problem solving
