📋 Description

• Lead 18+ Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory associates in Provo.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, and material handling workflows.
• First point of contact for cross-functional leads at other Dandy sites.
• Ensure incoming packages, pallets, and materials are scanned and sorted.
• Keep the shop floor stocked with production materials and finished goods.
• Drive on-time delivery by tracking KPIs and optimizing resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• High comfort with digital tools and technology.
• Very high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, and MES/MRP systems.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
