📋 Description

• Teach GED prep, TABE reading and math, and diploma programs.
• Instruct social, employability, and applied academics with project-based learning.
• Maintain attendance and manage classroom discipline for learning.
• Plan lessons with competency-based and computer-assisted instruction.
• Monitor progress and complete weekly staff reports.
• Use MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and maintain a safe environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
• State teaching certification required (RO may waive if center cannot hire certified teachers; candidate must pursue certification).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals, or gov regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedural manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to peers, managers, students, and the public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts including probability and statistics; fractions/percentages/ratios.
