MBSE System Engineer - Architect

📋 Description

• Lead development and maintenance of architectures using MBSE & DoDAF/UAF.
• Develop SysML/UML models with traceability for requirements and workflows.
• Drive digital-engineering adoption and model-driven decisions.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures for COTS/ERP.
• Define integration patterns and interoperability across systems.
• Establish architecture governance and briefing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with active DoD Secret or ability to obtain; sponsorship available.
• 7+ years designing enterprise/system architectures for large-scale IT programs (DoD preferred).
• Strong systems-engineering, decomposition, and traceability skills.
• Working proficiency with SysML/UML and tools like Cameo, MagicDraw, Sparx EA, Rhapsody.
• Familiarity with DoDAF/UAF; strong communication for exec briefings.
• Bachelor’s in a technical field or equivalent experience.
