📋 Description

Manage recruitment to hire qualified mechanics and vehicle wash operatives
Interview applicants
Develop recruitment processes and HR social media communications

🎯 Requirements

HR background and knowledge of labor legislation
Experience screening and evaluating mechanics
5 years' experience managing an automotive workshop, preferably attached to a dealership
Familiarity with automotive systems, layouts and parts locations
Technically competent with ability to train others
Fluency in Arabic and English preferable
