Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Internship - Summer 2027

📋 Description

• Assist design, analysis, testing, and optimization of mechanical systems and processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support projects.
• Conduct experiments, collect data, and perform analyses to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and design drawings.
• Support manufacturing processes and production methods improvements.
• Aid fabrication, assembly, commissioning, and testing of prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

• Current student pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Systems Engineering.
• Familiarity with prototyping, fabrication, manufacturing, or testing equipment.
• Exposure to GD&T.
• CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and analysis tools (ANSYS/MATLAB).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, QC, and testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
