📋 Description

• Assist with the maintenance, repair and installation of geothermal pipelines, valves and steamfield
• Learn practical fitting and mechanical skills while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
• Support planned maintenance and outage activities to help keep operations running smoothly.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Learn to read technical drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Carry out inspections and quality checks under supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• A genuine interest in mechanical trades, engineering or hands-on work
• Previous experience in a practical role
• Completion of a mechanical, engineering or trade pre-trade course would be highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
