• Solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Create designs and drawings for Engineering, Production, and R&D.
• Develop new equipment and fixtures and related processes for medical devices.
• Execute root cause analysis and recommend vetted solutions.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1+ years experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-project work.
• Manufacturing/medical device experience; FDA/Lean knowledge desirable.
