📋 Description

• Develop components for humanoid robots (e.g., frames, actuators, joints) using CAD software
• Design robotic linkages and mechanisms with a focus on efficient motion and performance
• Choose materials and manufacturing methods that balance strength, weight, and cost, ensuring
• Lead the prototyping phase, utilizing tools like 3D printing and CNC machining to validate designs.
• Work with electrical engineers and software developers to integrate mechanical components into

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in mechanical design, statics, dynamics, and material science.
• Skilled in CAD tools (SolidWorks), with the ability to apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5) to designs.
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods like CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding.
• Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes.
• Understanding of safety standards (e.g., ISO 10218) and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical skills to tackle complex engineering challenges.
