Mechanical Designer

📋 Description

• Own the design and development of mechanical parts and assemblies for drone products
• Translate requirements into validated hardware across full design cycle
• Deliver 3D models and 2D drawings meeting ASME/ISO standards
• Prototype integration and validation testing to ensure robustness
• Plan validation tests to drive maturation and reduce programme risk
• Produce design documentation with traceability across the lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• SolidWorks or Siemens NX / Teamcenter and CAD tooling experience
• Strong knowledge of DFMA, ASME/ISO standards
• Ability to convert constraints into robust components and assemblies
• Experience with PLM workflows and design documentation
• Proven ability to iterate designs from concept to validated hardware
• Experience with validation testing and integrating prototypes
