🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience with SolidWorks, including part modeling, large assembly
Experience managing BOMs within PLM platforms such as Arena, Windchill, or Agile.
Strong DFMA knowledge (snap-fits, draft angles, part count reduction).
Structured root-cause analysis experience (5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone).
