📋 Description

• Lead mechanical evaluations for data center sites, colocation, and build-to-suit projects.
• Conduct due diligence on cooling capacity, mechanical systems, equipment feasibility, and readiness.
• Assess cooling approaches (liquid cooling, air cooling, hybrids, chillers, CRAH/CRAC) for
• Provide technical recommendations based on feasibility, risks, and requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center mechanical engineering, MEP design, or mission-critical
• Strong expertise in cooling topology design, liquid cooling, chiller plants, CRAH/CRAC
• Experience evaluating mechanical feasibility for sites before commitments.
• Solid understanding of capacity planning, equipment selection, redundancy, and capex trade-offs.
• Experience with hyperscale AI infrastructure or large-scale tech environments preferred.
• Knowledge of BMS integration and commissioning processes.
