📋 Description

• Design factory and processes for rapid, reliable, low-cost vacuum tech manufacturing
• Collaborate with partner teams to develop novel manufacturing procedures
• Lead new product introduction and production processes for TWTA assemblies
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to improve process reliability
• Collaborate with design teams to improve manufacturability, cost, and reliability
• Perform environmental and performance testing on hardware to validate design criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• 1+ years of hardware design, build, test, or troubleshoot experience
• Demonstrated full-cycle ownership of a hardware project from concept to implementation
• Broad materials processing knowledge; experience with high-temperature braze
• Understanding of materials science and solid mechanics fundamentals
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, written, and communication skills
