Mechanical Engineering Manager - Production

📋 Description

• Lead Machine Design team; manage Production Tooling when required.
• Own delivery across machine design and tooling programs: schedule, risk, and line capability.
• Translate priorities into a portfolio roadmap: fixtures, automation, tooling, supplier qualification.
• Set and uphold design-review standards, validation, release readiness, and change control.
• Build make-vs-buy and supplier strategy for machine builds, tooling, spares, and support.
