📋 Description

• Lead mechanical maintenance, repair, and modification on complex systems.
• Direct daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Supervise technicians; ensure safety, quality, and procedures.
• Assign tasks and provide technical direction to the team.
• Oversee corrective/preventative maintenance and tests.
• Diagnose issues and verify completion with documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School Degree Required
• Licenses: Active Secret Security Clearance
• Experience: 7+ years maintenance; 5+ years supervising
• Skills: Mechanical troubleshooting and system readiness
• Familiar with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610/620, NAVSEA welding, NDT
• Navy 3-M Preventative Maintenance Program experience, documentation and reporting
