Mechanical R&D Test Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the mechanical AIT team and own end-to-end mechanical AIT for new spacecraft.
• Oversee qualification and acceptance vibration campaigns for satellites and subsystems.
• Own the MGSE design, build, and upkeep for testing and integration.
• Lead flight model integration and ensure AIT procedures are created and handed over.
• Represent testing findings to design engineering and drive design changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading people or a senior technical background with interest in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical AIT and test campaigns.
• Experience organizing team work and owning a process end-to-end.
• A can-do attitude and hands-on engineering mindset; work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable under pressure with tight test campaign timelines.
• Experience with vibration testing and MGSE design for satellite testing.
