Mechanical Technician

📋 Description

• Stage, move, and inventory pipe, valves, hangers, insulation, tools, and equipment; keep laydown
• Assist skilled trades with hanging strut, supports, lagging, insulation, bolt-up, and simple
• Support equipment set for pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, and related mechanical gear
• Open and close work areas: protection, debris removal, scrap segregation, and end-of-shift reset so
• Fetch tools and materials, run parts between warehouse and field, and keep consumables stocked.
• Follow LOTO, PPE, and permit rules; do not work on live systems without authorization.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical-helper experience, or equivalent
• Willingness to work at heights, outdoors, and on a changing construction site.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment safely.
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow site procedures.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends during critical construction windows.
• Prior experience on industrial, mechanical, or data center construction sites.
