📋 Description

• Diagnose robot faults remotely via telemetry and diagnostics
• Resolve issues remotely; drive cases to root cause before escalation
• Provide physical-intervention recommendations: what to do, parts, time
• Occasionally act as a flying doctor on-site when needed
• Prioritise cases against SLAs and provide clear customer updates
• Document diagnoses and resolutions to grow team knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on robot hardware: LiDAR, cameras, motors, actuators
• Software troubleshooting: ROS2, Bash, Ubuntu/Linux, bootloader/firmware
• Strong remote-diagnosis; localise faults before recommending
• Clear technical communication under SLA pressure
• Methodical, end-to-end mindset with disciplined documentation
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site interventions
