Medi-Cal Enrollment Advocate

📋 Description

• Proactively identify Medi-Cal redetermination candidates
• Educate participants on completing forms and obtaining signatures
• Conduct home visits to assist with forms when needed
• Assist with obtaining documentation required for eligibility determinations
• Complete and file applications with follow-ups for timely processing
• Maintain strong relationships with DPSS to ensure policy compliance

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years Medi-Cal/Medicaid enrollment experience
• Experience with county DPSS enrollment management and appeals
• In-depth Medi-Cal enrollment case management knowledge
• Bilingual Mandarin/English strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with seniors
