Media Account Management (Offline)

📋 Description

• Build and develop strategic partnerships with key media owners, publishers, and digital platforms.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including media rates, incentive programs, and rebate agreements.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals, identifying opportunities to grow
• Connect offline and online media opportunities to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Help establish and scale Monks' Partnerships practice in Mexico.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in media, trading, partnerships, business development, or account
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican media landscape, particularly offline media, with a solid
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing relationships with major clients
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Advanced English.
