📋 Description

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid lead-gen campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and native
• Own the full acquisition funnel: ads, trackers, landing pages, CRM, and conversion signals.
• Configure and manage tracking platforms like Keitaro (landers, routing, macros, filters).
• Maintain tracker-to-CRM-to-pixel/CAPI attribution flows and postbacks.
• Optimize for qualified leads and deposits, not just CPL.
• Use CAPI events and value-based audiences to improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in media buying in regulated/high-risk verticals (fin/crypto forex, etc.).
• Proven experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or native ads.
• Strong Keitaro or equivalent (Binom, RedTrack, Voluum) experience.
• Experience building tracker-to-CRM-to-pixel/CAPI pipelines.
• Understand postbacks, lead statuses, server-side events, attribution.
• Optimize toward lead quality and meaningful conversions.
