🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on paid media across multiple platforms.
• Independent with focus on performance and budget changes.
• Strong test-and-learn, data-driven, and creative.
• Bonus: landing page testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Comfort with Claude, SQL, Posthog, Looker, and Superset.
