Media Buyer (Meta)

📋 Description

• Launch and scale campaigns in Meta and be responsible for the results of the stream
• Influence the development of the direction and launch new growth points: geo, audiences, formats
• Analyze performance beyond CTR and CPA: look at user behavior in the funnel and final business
• Research competitors: their channels, creatives, and funnels
• Work with the creative team: participate in brainstorming and create creatives that convert
• Together with product and tech teams, work on user flow, test hypotheses, and improve funnels

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads: launching and scaling campaigns
• Experience working with budgets from $50k per month and understanding how to scale them
• Experience working with metrics: LTV, ROAS, ROI and ability to influence them
• Understanding of user path: what is user flow
• Ability to break the funnel into basic metrics and influence it
• Data-driven approach: ability to work with large volumes of data, find patterns and turn them into
