📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and scale paid ad campaigns using the official Telegram Ads platform, utilizing
• Research, identify, and target high-performing Turkish Telegram channels tailored to casino and
• Design, test, and iterate high-converting Telegram ad creatives and messaging adapted to local
• Manage multiple ad accounts, oversee account sourcing and purchasing, and execute strategic budget
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) to maximize conversion
• Utilize analytics and tracking tools to evaluate post-click performance, rapidly scaling profitable

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns on the official
• Demonstrated experience running successful advertising campaigns in restricted or sensitive
• Strong understanding of the Turkish Telegram audience, user behavior, and local channel ecosystem.
• Data-driven approach with strong proficiency in key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and
• Solid experience managing multiple ad accounts, sourcing accounts, managing budgets, and executing
• Fluency in English and Russian (RU/EN).
